We are a Latin dance band with an exciting Latin music repertoire and are available for your private function or community festival.

We play Salsa, Cha cha cha & Son, both traditional music and commercial Latin-flavoured music as well as working on our own unique 'fusion' repertoire.

Old ensemble 'Fuego' From L to R: Jenni Willow (keys), Christina Monneron (vocals), Marco Antonio 'Tony' Morales (sax), special guest musicians Oscar Eager on trumpet (from Horns on Helium) Alfredo Paz on congas & Alfredo Barroso on bongos.

Marco Antonio Morales, Saxopohone/Clarinet/BVs: Tony Morales is a graduate of the Conservatorium of Music of El Salvador and has taught music for over 20 years and celebrates 40 years of playing music in 2013.   Since his migration to Australia in 1996, he has played with various Latin Ensembles in Sydney and is now sharing his Latin Music knowledge on the Coffs Coast as Musical Director & playing the Saxophone & Clarinet in Kulturithmik.

Christina Monneron, Lead Vocals:  Christina was drawn to Afro-Cuban rhythms in 1996 whilst living and working as a scientist in Sweden. This took her on an amazing journey to Cuba in 1998 and upon her return to Australia, she pioneered Cuban Dance Academy and taught AfroCuban dance throughout Australia, NZ, Malaysia and Bali.  As part of her ongoing development to marry the dance to the music, Christina started Kulturithmik band and then Fuego, where she is now the lead vocalist, in order to show people there is no dance without the music.
